About Fillaboa

Fillaboa Albariño is a white wine from the appellation of origin Rías Baixas produced by the winery Fillaboa. This winery is located in Salvatierra de Miño (Pontevedra).

Fillaboa Albariño is a monovarietal from Albariño. The grapes originate from 70 hectares of vineyards in Fillaboa, where the vines enjoy the privileged location of an enclave near the bank of the river Miño.

For its production the winery uses a traditional winemaking process. The alcoholic fermentation is realised in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature between 14-18ºC.
