About Dom Pérignon Vintage
Dom Pérignon Vintage is a vintage champagne made by the Möet & Chandon winery in Champagne, France.
Legend has it that it was the monk Dom Pierre Pérignon who accidentally caused Champagne to have bubbles. Romantic fiction or historical reality, the truth is that Dom Pérignon has since become the father of Champagne, a spirit that lives on in the Möet & Chandon winery, who have created this sparkling wine as a tribute to Dom Pierre Pérignon. At this winery, they spend their days in constant search for the perfect champagne. Dom Pérignon is, for good reason, one of the most desired Champagne names in the world.
Dom Pérignon Vintage is made with the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties and is made only in large Champagne harvests and using best grapes. After a minimum of 8 years of aging in the winery, they reach the perfect balance.

2000 | Mouth: The attack comes direct prelude to an extent which makes lewd and seems like a creeper vine. The notes of aniseed and ginger dry slide on the skin of a fruit (pear and mango) which touch more flesh. The finish is stretched and serene, calm, mature, diffuse. Gold with green hues. Nose: The nose first, fresh, crystal clear and firm, reveals an original universe, plants, water, a mixture of white pepper and gardenia. The maturity of the wine is then gently offers lightness and before we can feel its inflections peat. |
