About Cune Blanco Viura

Cune Blanco Viura is a young white wine made by CVNE with the Viura white variety in the D.O.Ca. Rioja (La Rioja).

La Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España, CVNE was one of the first wineries to bottle in the La Rioja region. The project was set up by the Asúa brothers in 1879 and is still run by the same family. It is a great company known around the world as a leading producer in this prestigious wine region.

The Cune Blanco Viura wine is made with the white Viura variety. This grape does very well with the local temperature contrasts and clay-calcareous soils. Once the grape reaches optimum ripeness, it is harvested and the winemaking process begins immediately.

In the winery, the Cune Blanco Viura grapes are pressed with great care and the resulting must is transferred to stainless steel tanks to begin fermentation at a controlled temperature. Finally the wine is stabilised before being bottled.

Cune Blanco Viura is a fresh and smooth wine that is perfect for enjoying one sip after another. A perfectly balanced, easy to drink wine.
