About Brimoncourt Brut Régence

Since the French court in the 17th century popularized champagne, it has become the favored libation of European nobility and bourgeoisie. Indeed, it embodied all the characteristics necessary to be the quintessential elitist, sophisticated, and effervescent wine, perfect for celebrations and banquets. One of the houses that has been championing these values of joy, opulence, and distinction since 1875 is Brimoncourt. More than three centuries of history have helped to cement champagne's status as the most glamorous and festive drink on earth.

Under the leadership of Alexandre Cornot, a staunch advocate for the terroirs of the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley, they present Brimoncourt Brut Régence. A champagne that originates from the historic heart of the AOC Champagne region, crafted from the chardonnay and pinot noir varietals and vinified using the traditional or champenoise method, with initial fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle. With a blend that honors the region's terroir, this champagne undergoes aging on lees for 36 to 48 months and is finished with a dosage of 8 g/l of sugar.
