In the DO. Campo de Borja, it's not all about garnachas and reds. There is also room for remarkably intriguing whites like Borsao Suia, a single-varietal viognier unlike any other seen in this designation.
 
The terraces of the Huecha River, which traverse the entire region, are where the vines of this white are cultivated. After fermentation, it ages for several months in barrels. Ultimately, the gravelly and clay-iron soils impart the essence of this premium wine. Borsao Suia is crafted from viognier, a variety rarely found in this northern Spanish area.
