Bérêche & Fils Brut Reserve is a champagne made from the Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir grape varieties, crafted by the winery Bérêche & Fils in Champagne, France.

The grapes used to produce the Bérêche & Fils Brut Reserve champagne come from 7 hectares of vineyard parcels with vines around 40 years old, located in Ludes, Ormes, Mareuil-le-Port, and Trépail.

The alcoholic fermentation is carried out slowly in small wooden vats using indigenous yeasts. The resulting wine is unfiltered and rests for a period ranging from 24 to 36 months for the "prise de mousse," which is conducted in the bottle with a cork stopper.

Bérêche & Fils is a century-old maison of the AOC Champagne that is committed to organic farming, following a meticulous and low-intervention process that respects spontaneous fermentations and aligns with nature to obtain high-quality grapes.
