Barón de Ley Rosado de Lagrima is a rosé wine from the DOCa. Rioja produced by Baron de Ley winery located in Mendavia (Navarra). It was established in the 1980s with the aim of marketing wines in a classic style.

They own over 400 hectares of vineyards situated in various regions of the DOCa. Rioja, thereby allowing different grape varieties to adapt to the microclimates of the area, from Alavesa to Rioja Baja.

Baron de Ley Rosado de Lagrima originates from the Los Almendros estate, located in Rioja Baja, and is sourced from Garnacha vineyards that are hand-harvested.

The must of Baron de Ley Rosado de Lagrima is obtained through the bleeding method, where the crushed harvest paste is allowed to drain without applying pressure. This results in a higher quality must, which is subsequently fermented in concrete tanks.
