Tasting notes Vermouth Belsazar Dry

Vermouth.

Vermouth Belsazar Dry is a complex, refined vermouth which on the nose offers vinous notes similar to those of aged sparkling wines, accompanied by aromas of summer fruits, chamomille and yeast that give way to bitter notes of Sevillian orange, gentian and woodworm. On the palate, it has a silky, delicately dry, bitter and acidic entry revealing flavors reminiscent of tropical fruits.

About Vermouth Belsazar Dry

Max Wagner and Sebastian Brack are two friends who share a love for the regional wines of Baden-Baden in Germany and a passion for the cosmopolitan life of Berlin. These feelings motivated them to create a different aperitif, the Belsazar vermouth, named after Sixto Balthasar Schladerer, founder of the Schalderer distillery located in the Black Forest, which is dedicated to producing fruit spirits, the base product a series of four vermouths are made with. Each has its own recipe of macerates including herbal extracts, flowers, spices and peels that mature in large demijohns.

Vermouth Belsazar Dry is a premium German vermouth that blends these spirits with German noble wines, chamomille, Seville oranges, summer fruits, gentian, cinchona, coriander and woodworm that give it versatility and freshness.

Vermouth Belsazar Dry is a carefree vermouth, like a warm summer night in Berlin, and ideal for those who avoid excessive sweetness. It’s the perfect aperitif for those who prefer to live, rather than plan and enjoy the coolest aperitif of the moment, whenever and however.
