Amanda Thomson was an Arts broadcaster at the BBC when she decided to study wine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. The journey to this point was not easy. With a migrant father and a mother who raised her alone—while juggling several jobs—Amanda always understood that she needed to strive to achieve her goals. Thompson has travelled to southern Spain to source the finest Tempranillo grapes for crafting this semi-dry, vegan, and organic rosé sparkling wine.
