About Millonario Solera 15 Rum

In 1922, Don Ronaldo, scion of a Peruvian landowning family, purchased a small distillery from a group of peasants in the north of the country, located in Chiclayo (nestled between the sea and the mountains). However, the workforce and machinery were antiquated, prompting him to invest in modern technology (he introduced the Scottish column still) and even sent his eldest son, Augusto, to study Chemical Engineering at the University of Cambridge. After numerous endeavors, he succeeded, and in 1950, Ron Millonario was officially born — a distillery dedicated to crafting a rum solely for the affluent who could afford such luxury.

In Ron Millonario Solera 15, every detail is meticulously overseen and maintained: from the slow fermentation of its molasses to the oak aging process, including the distillation, and even its bottling and presentation!
