About M. Chapoutier Belleruche Rosé

M. Chapoutier Belleruche Rosé is a rosé wine made with 50% Grenache and 40% Syrah, and the remaining 10% Cinsault. It is produced by Maison Chapoutier and is registered in the Apellation Côtes-du-Rône.

Maison Chapoutier is one of the Rhone Valley wineries most frequently awarded by The Wine Advocate. It has achieved 100 Parker points for a host of its wines. The winery was founded in 1808 and has been one of the precursor of biodynamic cultivation in the area.

The vineyards for M. Chapoutier Belleruche Rosé are located on ancient terraces with fluvioglacial soil on the right bank of the Rhone. Its soils are composed of sand and clay.

M. Chapoutier Belleruche Rosé It has been fermented for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature of 15 ºC to preserve and extract the fresh and fruity aromas of the grapes. Lastly, the wine is aged a little in stainless steel vats and is bottled at the end of winter,

M. Chapoutier Belleruche Rosé is a fresh and fruity rosé made with Grenache Tinta, Cinsault and Syrah grapes.
2017 M. Chapoutier Belleruche Rosé 2017 has a pale pink, slightly salmon colour. Notable on the nose are its aromas of berries and red fruit such as cherries, raspberries, currants, together with certain notes of citrus and grapefruit and hints of menthol. On the palate it is rounded, balanced and fresh.
