About Le Paradou Cinsault Rosé
If all the ambiance, aromas and climate of French Provence could be captured in a bottle, it would undoubtedly be in a bottle of Le Paradou Cinsault Rosé.
As the name suggests, Le Paradou Cinsault Rosé is a rosé made by the Le Paradou winery located in the commune of the same name (one hour from Marseille), where the terroir of the area has been captured. And there was no better way to do this than through a rosé (in fact, Provence is one of the world’s great rosé producers), making this wine a best seller that currently dominates the area’s production.
Just like a photo, Le Paradou Cinsault Rosé showcases a way of life, a unique and exclusive charm. It is made with the Cinsault, a French variety native to Languedoc-Roussillon that grows on the limestone soils typical of the area at an altitude of about 200 metres above sea level. The totally Mediterranean climate gives the variety its final touch with 2,800 hours of sunshine per year, cool summers and the mistral wind from the north that cools and dries the vines.
In the winery, Le Paradou Cinsault Rosé is destemmed and directly pressed. From there, the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks at low temperature, where it undergoes alcoholic fermentation. Finally, Le Paradou Cinsault Rosé is bottled, ensuring that the wine remains young and fresh, with exquisite natural acidity.
A pleasure to be transported to this corner of the Mediterranean.
