From his six hectares of vineyard, this young man, barely in his thirties, has proven his expertise, captivating wine tasters and enthusiasts alike with his entirely natural cultivation and vinification methods. Indeed, Kevin Descombes is part of a cadre of young talents who have elevated the quality of the renowned reds of the A.O.C. Beaujolais, heralding a new era that is sure to generate considerable buzz.

To be more precise, Moulin à Vent is the cru that "embodies the prestige and pride" of this appellation. Nestled between the towns of Romanèche-Thorins and Chénas, the perfect conditions for cultivating quality grapes are found: a temperate climate (with continental, Atlantic, and Mediterranean influences) and soils that blend granite, limestone, marl, and sandstone.
