At Giovanna Tantini, a family-owned winery nestled between the picturesque towns of Castelnuovo del Garda and Sona in Véneto (Italy), they are keenly aware of this: the secret lies in paying utmost attention in the vineyard and minimal intervention in the winery.

With 11.5 hectares of vineyards facing the iconic Lake Garda, this estate operates under an unwavering principle: each bottle must capture and express the essence of its land. Protected by the AOC Bardolino, which takes its name from the town that defines this appellation, the winery has gained prominence in recent years thanks to its fresh, elegant, and accessible wines, establishing itself as a symbol of quality and authenticity in the region.

A leading feature of some of the most renowned bottles of the appellation, Giovanna Tantini Bardolino Chiaretto Il Rosé is a wine made from native grape varieties corvina, rondinella, and molinara. Vines that sink their roots into limestone soils, cultivated with respect and harvested exclusively by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness. In the winery, they are carefully selected and gently crushed to initiate fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine rests on its fine lees before being ultimately bottled.
