About Charlopin-Parizot Fixin Entre Deux Velles

Two cows (translated into French as velles) can go a long way. Some might use them to build businesses, others to entertainingly explain and illustrate economic systems. Some winegrowers, like Philippe Charlopin use them to make wine.

Jokes aside, you really should take a look at the A.O.C. Fixin, in the north of the Côte de Nuits, to find the birthplace of Charlopin-Parizot Fixin Entre Deux Velles, the red wine made by this great Burgundy winemaker. Charlopin-Parizot Fixin Entre Deux Velles was born in the clos Entre Deux Velles, the lieux-dit of the same name located between Fixin and Fixey where Charlopin has found the best Pinot Noir clusters on this occasion.
