Biodynamic agriculture is practiced and all decisions are made based on organic, social and minimalist approaches. Once the grapes have been harvested by hand, they undergo a 2-8 week maceration with native yeasts. Then the wine ages in wooden barrels for 6 months. Finally, it is bottled without clarifying, filtering or adding sulphites.
