Among the wines crafted from the most exquisite vineyards of Navarra, they introduce Chivite Las Fincas Blanco. A blend of Garnacha Blanca and Viura grapes, originating from vines impeccably integrated into the native scrubland and woodland ecosystem, benefiting from climatic conditions where the Atlantic and continental climates converge, resulting in a slow and full maturation of the grapes. Once at the winery, only the finest grapes are selected, destemmed, and gently crushed to produce a free-run juice that ferments at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve its full aromatic potential.
