Brandy (70 cl.).

Upon tasting, it reveals a well-rounded, smooth, velvety, and nuanced profile. Complex, with a plethora of subtleties. Hints of orange and cinnamon intermingle with a multitude of memories from the barrels in which it has matured for so long.

It boasts a beautiful, dark amber hue with a radiant sheen.

On the nose, the alcohol is harmoniously balanced with delicate notes of raisining, exquisite echoes of cabinetmaking, tobacco, dried fruits, and fine woods, all underpinned by an elegant backdrop of aged solera.

About Ximénez-Spínola Tres Mil Botellas Brandy

Ximénez-Spínola Brandy Tres Mil Botellas is a unique brandy produced by the bodega Ximénez-Spinola, a family run bodega founded in 1729 that has always put the quality of their products over quantity.

Ximénez-Spínola Brandy Tres Mil Botellas is a pure distillate of low alcohol wine that is made in Jerez de la Frontera from a solera founded in 1948 with three barrels of Pedro Ximénez that was gradually increased up to its current number of 52 barrels.

The yield from 1000kg of fresh grapes, once the entire process has been completed, is a mere 90litres. It was because of this low yield that for many years, Ximénez-Spínola Brandy Tres Mil Botellas was only enjoyed for household consumption.

It was in 2008, when José Luis Zarzana Palma, President of the Board of Ximenez-Spinola authorised bottling this jewel of Jerez on the condition of annual production not exceeding 3,000 bottles.

Each bottle of Ximénez-Spínola Brandy Tres Mil Botellas has an average age of no less than 25 years. A true masterpiece, it is a brandy like no other. Subtle, velvety and with wonderful hints of wood.
