About Borsao Blanco Selección

Borsao Blanco Selección is a white wine from the DO. Campos de Borja produced by the winery Borsao. This wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Macabeo.

The vineyards from which the grapes for Borsao Blanco Selección are sourced are approximately 30 years old and are located in areas of considerable altitude. Their soils are characterised by a significant presence of pebbles.

The harvesting process is carried out conventionally, and once completed, transportation to the facilities is conducted as swiftly as possible to preserve the grape's qualities. At the winery, the grapes for Borsao Blanco Selección undergo fermentation in French oak barrels.

Borsao was established in 2001 following the merger of three wine cooperatives located in the DO. Campo de Borja. Today, the winery has 2,430 hectares of vineyard at its disposal and 1,200 barrels, both American and French, for the production of its wines.
