1.- La Vendimia (Bodegas Palacios Remondo, Rioja)

Its name is La Vendimia, its surname is Palacios and it comes from Alfaro, La Rioja. A little gem that is an introduction to the family winery of one of the great winemakers in Spain (and the world): Álvaro Palacios. This Rioja red wine doesn’t sacrifice quality, and for a very affordable price offers a refreshing fruity presence, with a slight touch of wood. 2.- Clos Lojen (Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce, Castilla-La Mancha)

Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce has become a revelatory project in Castilla-La Mancha. Experts in making wines with the Bobal variety, Clos Lojen shows us all the virtues of this grape through a red wine made in a practically artisan way that has managed to win over the most experienced palates and international critics. A juicy and refreshing red with the perfect balance between fruit and acidity, ideal to accompany virtually any kind of dish and which, humbly, for less than 10 euros, can boast 93 Parker points.
3.- Casa Castillo Monastrell (Casa Castillo Winery, Murcia)

Quietly but steadily, Casa Castillo has earned a place among the elite wineries that have managed to achieve 100 Parker points. Casa Castillo Monastrell is the introduction to the extraordinary Monastrell wines produced there. A very Mediterranean red wine that offers a well-earned prominence of the Monastrell variety, which showcases its best varietal characteristics and is flavoursome, fruity and pleasant. An aromatic, elegant and expressive wine, so easy to drink that you won’t believe it scored 92 Parker points. And at that price, unbelievable!
4.- LZ (Lanzaga Winery, Telmo Rodríguez, Rioja)

Telmo Rodríguez is one of the most admired winemakers in Spain and an expert in finding those special plots to make landscape wines that are a true reflection of the terroir and the varieties used to make them. With LZ, Telmo is going back to the origins through a wine that is a tribute to the winegrowers of Rioja. A red wine that comes from grapes grown in high altitude vineyards and aged with its lees in cement tanks, which recovers the most authentic flavour of the wines from Rioja Alavesa. 5.- Finca Resalso (Bodega Emilio Moro, Ribera del Duero)

6.- Gramona Mustillant Blanc (Gramona, Penedès)

Gramona is a distinguished century-old house that produces Corpinnat sparkling wines of extraordinary quality. If you’re looking for a light white wine with a sparkling touch, Gramona Mustillant Blanc is the solution. An organic wine that offers a low alcohol content, as refreshing as a sparkling wine, but with a much finer presence of carbon dioxide. Thanks to the famous and imitated style of French Provençal rosés, wineries are increasingly striving to produce elegant and glamorous rosé wines that are gastronomically versatile and highly valued at the most distinguished tables. Open your mind and allow yourself to be surprised. Manzanilla is a wine that is made like any other white wine, but then aged with a layer of natural yeast (velo flor) that forms on the surface of the liquid and gives it very special characteristics. La Guita, for its price and quality, is one of the best rated manzanillas by international critics. With a soft but sharp and direct entry, it glides across the palate with a delicate saline note, accompanied by aromas of almonds. Try it chilled, it is perfect with appetisers, seafood or sushi!
