About Can Rich Rosat

At Can Rich, the winemaking tradition of Ibiza is not merely a relic of the past but a committed investment in the future. A narrative now enriched with the appointment of Álvaro Pérez Navazo as the technical director. With over 27 years of experience in the wine industry, he arrives with a clear vision: to enhance local qualities, nurture the land, and craft wines that speak the language of the Mediterranean... with an Ibizan accent.

His work focuses on organic, sustainable, and precision viticulture. The objective? To adapt to climate change without compromising the grape's character, to respect the terroir, and to offer wines that are fresh, expressive, and increasingly connected with the island's essence.

A perfect example of this new phase is Can Rich Rosat. An organic rosé crafted from tempranillo and merlot varieties, cultivated without chemical products and hand-harvested at the peak of ripeness. In the winery, the selected grapes are gently pressed, and the free-run juice ferments at a controlled temperature to preserve all its freshness and vivacity.

As a result, Can Rich Rosat is a youthful, vibrant, aromatic wine brimming with life, ideal for accompanying the rhythm of Ibiza between April and October, when the sun shines brightest and glasses are raised with greater enthusiasm.
