This is how they present Perelada Stars Brut Nature Reserva, a sparkling wine crafted from the three typical varieties of the DO Cava; namely, macabeo, parellada, and xarel·lo. Carefully selected grapes are destemmed and gently pressed to initiate fermentation with the obtained must and then, following the méthode champenoise, undergo a second fermentation in the bottle with a minimum of 15 months of ageing on the lees before disgorgement.
