To toast, to share, to celebrate… Sinzero makes it possible for everyone. A pioneering project in South America in the production of de-alcoholised wines, it originates in the Chilean valleys with a clear mission: to offer a non-alcoholic alternative without losing the essence of fine wine.

A collection of premium 0.0 wines, designed for those seeking a healthier lifestyle, for athletes who do not wish to forgo the pleasure of a glass, for expectant mothers who wish to continue enjoying the ritual of toasting, for those who must drive or return to work after lunch, and for all who, by choice or necessity, prefer a non-alcoholic wine.

Among them, Sinzero Chardonnay stands out as a non-alcoholic white wine crafted from chardonnay grapes, handpicked and gently pressed immediately after harvest. The resulting must ferments and remains on lees in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruity intensity. Then, to remove the alcohol, the innovative Spinning Cone Column method is employed, a low-pressure distillation technique that allows alcohols to evaporate without reaching boiling point, ensuring that the wine retains its full aromatic expression and authentic character.
