Calalta Monsaulente is a red wine born in a privileged corner of Veneto, Italy, in a region that blends the tranquillity of meadows and forests with the robust history of Italian winemaking, reflecting the patience and care of a winery that has made respect for the land and the authenticity of the grape its hallmark.

Azienda Calalta works with nature as its ally. Their vineyards, planted on red clay, limestone, and soils rich in organic matter, are cultivated with minimal intervention, hand-selecting each cluster and allowing the vines to find their natural balance. Fermentation is carried out exclusively with indigenous yeasts, and the wines mature in barrels, cement, steel, and amphorae, always seeking the most honest expression of the terroir. Each bottle is a reflection of their commitment to tradition, biodiversity, and ecological winemaking.

Calalta Monsaulente is a red wine crafted with 80% merlot and 20% cabernet franc. It is generous and elegant; born from a prolonged 30-day contact with the skins and aged for 20 months in old oak barrels. Only 1,500 bottles were produced, making it a desirable rarity for those seeking wines of character and personality.
