About Leclerc Briant Le Clos des Trois Clochers Extra Brut

If you've ever watched the popular comedy-drama and romance series "Emily in Paris", you'll know what it feels like to arrive in the City of Light. A fascination with the culture, the way of life, that blend of sophistication and nonchalance that only Paris can offer. This must be akin to what Mark Nunnelly and Denise Dupré, the American couple enamoured with the French lifestyle, experienced when they discovered the champagnes of Leclerc-Briant. They were not only captivated but decided to take the helm of this legendary champagne house.

Joking aside, there is indeed much history behind this house. Located in the heart of Épernay, Leclerc-Briant has been passed down through various hands since its inception in 1872. Until 2012, when it was acquired by these new owners, who gave it a genuine renaissance, supported by Frédéric Zeimett, who unveiled the unique personality of the champagnes and the terroir.

Among its gems is Leclerc Briant Le Clos des Trois Clochers Extra Brut, crafted exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from the region. Its 9-month ageing in French oak barrels and a dosage of merely 1.7 grams per litre allow the purity, minerality, and elegance of the wine to shine through each bubble.

Fresh, vibrant, and full of character, Leclerc Briant Le Clos des Trois Clochers Extra Brut is the perfect blend of history, terroir, and modernity. A champagne that breathes the tradition of Épernay but with the energy and sophistication of today.
