About Le Naturel Zero Zero Tinto

In an increasingly uniform society, the general demand for wines with less or no alcohol is on the rise. Pregnant women, athletes, the sick or simply people looking for healthier products are increasingly driving this demand. Aroa Bodegas, a pioneering project of the Vintae Group located in the Yerri Valley, in the highest area of Navarra (Spain), has not only joined this trend of removing alcohol from wine, but they have also done so in the most natural way, that is, with minimal intervention and without adding chemicals.

This is how they make Le Naturel Zero Zero Tinto, a red wine made from red Grenache from low production vineyards planted on cool calcareous clay soils. These vines enjoy a cool, dry climate and are cultivated following organic principles and without chemical synthesis treatments. The grapes are harvested by hand when they reach optimum ripeness and, once in the winery, a short, static maceration begins, without punching down or pumping over, and fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts. Once the wine has been produced, a delicate cold dealcoholization process is carried out to preserve all the intrinsic characteristics of the fruit intact.

Faced with a new wave of non-alcoholic products that has also led to greater experimentation and creativity in the creation of drinks, Le Naturel Zero Zero Tinto is a natural non-alcoholic Grenache that becomes the 0% alternative that many have been waiting for.
