Juan Gil Disfrutando 0,0 Rosado Espumoso originates in the northeast of Murcia, in the Jumilla region, where brown and limestone soils abound. These lands, situated between 350 and 980 meters above sea level, offer perfect conditions for vineyard cultivation. Although Juan Gil Disfrutando 0,0 Rosado Espumoso is not covered under the D.O. of the same name, this rosé exhibits the same profile and character as any other wine from the region bearing the denomination's seal. This area, located right at the transition between the Castilian plateau and the coast, is notable for its continental climate, with dry summers and cold winters, where the grapes thrive under the Mediterranean influence.
 
The vineyard aspect is outstanding. As for the rest of the process, which takes place in the winery, it also excels thanks to facilities specifically designed for producing these dealcoholized wines. Juan Gil Disfrutando 0,0 Rosado Espumoso is pressed and fermented, and then undergoes a dealcoholization process; although the strategic moment comes with subsequent storage in stainless steel tanks where gas is added to achieve this sparkling wine.
