Juan Gil Disfrutando 0,0 Blanco Espumoso is the result of arduous work where the winemaker Bartolomé Abellán has dedicated all his will and effort. Undoubtedly, it needs no explanation to understand that it is not easy to produce a white wine—from Verdejo grapes—then de-alcoholise it and maintain it in stainless steel tanks (at a controlled temperature), where gas is added. But at the Juan Gil wineries, they did not stop until Juan Gil Disfrutando 0,0 Blanco Espumoso was perfect!
