About Finca A Pedreira

Finca A Pedreira is a white wine produced in the DO Rias Baixas by Bodegas Fulcro in the Salnés subzone, specifically in the village of Sanxenxo, Pontevedra.

Manuel Moldes is the individual behind the Fulcro winery. His vineyard is located in the Salnés subzone with a maritime aspect, on sandy granitic soils. His philosophy, based on utmost respect for the grape and the environment, has led him to adopt organic viticulture with minimal technology in the winery.

Finca A Pedreira is crafted exclusively from the Albariño variety grown on the estate bearing the same name. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and is left to rest on its lees for less than a year without undergoing malolactic fermentation.
