Even though its production reaches the staggering figure of five million bottles, the maison continues to work as true vineyard artisans, tending to each plot and each cluster with an almost ritualistic dedication.

The Taittinger Brut Réserve contained in this box is the result of sustainable and meticulous viticulture, with chardonnay, pinot meunier, and pinot noir vineyards certified as Haute Valeur Environnementale and traditional techniques that honour the land: horse ploughing, green cover crops, and a complete absence of herbicides. Harvesting is done by hand, and each plot is pressed individually to ensure pure, fine musts perfect for ageing.

But the magic continues in the winery, where every Monday the Tasting Committee envisions the wine's future before its second fermentation, blending with intuition and expertise a champagne that will rest for a minimum of 3 years on lees to achieve its characteristic balance, elegance, and aromatic expression.
