Ausàs Interpretación is a single-varietal Tempranillo wine from DO Ribera del Duero, crafted by Ausàs Bodegas y Viñedos.

Ausàs Bodegas y Viñedos is a winery located in Quintanilla de Onésimo, founded by the former winemaker of Vega Sicilia from 1968 to 1998. Xavier Ausàs has also collaborated with other highly esteemed wineries. Although it lacks its own vineyards, the winery works with individuals known for over 30 years, ensuring high-quality grapes while allowing the freedom to express the distinctiveness and potential of the Ribera from his perspective.

The vineyards producing the grapes for Ausàs Interpretación are approximately 40 years old. Their soils are sandy and clay-limestone. The region's climate is continental. The various plots impart different characteristics, enabling the creation of a complex and harmonious wine. Floral notes are derived from grapes grown in lighter soils, fruity from clay soils, fresh from higher altitudes, and robust from limestone soils.

The wine Ausàs Interpretación undergoes aging for over a month in both new and used oak barrels of 225 and 500 litres.
