Suntory Toki is a Japanese blended whisky of an elegant light gold colour, which on the nose offers refreshing aromas reminiscent of green apples and basil, accompanied by a hint of honey. On the palate, the freshness continues through flavours reminiscent of grapefruit, green grapes, mint, or thyme, leaving a finish with subtly sweet and spicy notes, nuances of oak vanilla, white pepper, and ginger.

Shinji Fukuyo, fifth-generation Chief Blender, challenges the hierarchy and conventional roles between malt and grain whisky, highlighting the quality of Chita grain whisky not as a base, but on equal footing with Hakushu malt whisky. The select Yamazaki malt adds further depth and complexity to this vivid blend, presented in a rectangular bottle with a timeless and modern design, elegant and minimalist like its contents.
