Este prestigious event, which combines music, theatre, and numerous multidisciplinary performances during the months of July and August in Empordà (Catalonia), is held in an unparalleled setting at the Festival Castell de Peralada. With a rich history and impressive architectural beauty, Castell de Peralada provides an ideal backdrop for this festival, which stands out not only for the excellence of its productions but also for its ability to blend tradition and innovation in each edition. It is under this same concept that Pereleda, one of the 50 most admired wine brands in the world, according to the esteemed ranking "The World’s Most Admired Wine Brands 2024", crafts a tribute wine dedicated to all the artists who, year after year, honour the festival with their presence and contribute to keeping the essence of this premier cultural event alive.

This is how they introduce us to Perelada Stars Brut Nature Reserva, a sparkling wine made from the three typical varieties of the DO Cava; namely, macabeo, parellada, and xarel·lo. Selected grapes, destemmed and gently pressed to initiate fermentation with the obtained must, and then, following the champenoise method, undergo a second fermentation in the bottle with a minimum of 15 months of ageing on lees before disgorging.
