If you thought you had seen it all in the world of wine, Vintae arrives to prove otherwise. This groundbreaking project, born with the aim of bringing wine to everyone, surprises us once again with Pandemonium, a venture that, as its name suggests, comes to make noise... and plenty of it.

With Pandemonium, Vintae not only unveils a new sparkling wine: it proposes a new paradigm for sparkling wines in Spain, seeking to put the sparkling wines of Rioja on the map and break away from traditional norms. For in the world of Vintae, innovation and quality always go hand in hand.

Pandemonium Blanco de Tintas is crafted from garnacha vineyards located in Alto Najerilla, in La Rioja, a challenging area for viticulture. Its slopes, ranging from 700 to 900 metres in altitude, stretch almost to the oak forests of the mountains, imparting unique characteristics to the grape.

In these vineyards, sustainable cultivation is practised, taking advantage of a cold continental climate with Atlantic influences and clay-iron soils that provide minerality and character to the wine. The harvest is conducted manually when the grape reaches 10.5 degrees, ensuring a fresh and elegant expression in every bottle. In the winery, it is vinified following the traditional champenoise method.

Pandemonium Blanco de Tintas is a cry of innovation and terroir, a wine that demonstrates that Rioja can also shine in the sparkling wine universe, with personality, character, and a touch of audacity that Vintae so expertly imparts.
