In 1988, Angiolino Maule and his wife Rosamaría left behind over a decade dedicated to pizza to pursue their true passion: viticulture. In the 1980s, they acquired a plot of land in the hills of Sorio di Gambellara, in Veneto, Italy, and transformed it into their home and the heart of their project. Today, La Biancara boasts 14 hectares of vineyards, cultivated with absolute respect for nature and tradition.

One of the small treasures of this winery is La Biancara Garg'n'Go Veneto Pet Nat, a natural sparkling wine that embodies the essence of the ancestral method. Crafted with a blend of garganega and durella, two indigenous varieties that impart freshness, structure, and a fragrant character, this wine follows a completely natural vinification process. That is, the wine is bottled while still fermenting, allowing the bubble to form naturally, without filtration or additives.

The result is La Biancara Garg'n'Go Veneto Pet Nat, a vibrant, fresh, and authentic sparkling wine, with delicate bubbles and a festive character.
