The crisp and effervescent natural sparkling wines

Its name derives from "pétillant naturel", which means "naturally sparkling". The success of Pét-Nats stems precisely from the fact that no bubbles are artificially added. Everything within the bottle emerges from the initial fermentation!

The result is fresh, lively, and spontaneous wines, with a character that is hard to find in any other sparkling wine. Each Pét-Nat is unique. Some are citrusy and vibrant, fruity and refreshing, drier or slightly cloudy.

Yet they all share the same philosophy: to intervene as little as possible to allow the wine to express itself with complete naturalness.
