Characterized by soft, natural hues and intricate details, the Provençal style conjures up the serenity and beauty of the French countryside. From charming country homes to sophisticated coastal villas, the Provençal style has captured the hearts of those in search of a cozy and chic ambiance. When translated into the world of wine, Provençal wines are likewise noted for their crispness, smoothness, and finesse, conjuring up idyllic landscapes. Château Minuty, a prestigious winery located in the region of Côtes de Provence, in the south of France, is an endeavor that has successfully conveyed this quintessence of the French “art de vivre” with wines such as this M de Minuty.

A blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir, Cinsault, and Tibouren, M de Minuty is one of the flagship creations of the winery. Vines surrounded by cypresses, palm trees, and garrigue shrubs are cultivated with respect and handpicked at the optimal moment of ripeness. In the winery, the grapes are selected, destemmed, and crushed to initiate maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Finally, the wine is bottled without undergoing malolactic fermentation.
