About Pago De Vallegarcía Hipperia

Excellent wine from the land of Castilla made from a blend of four varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, that without losing their flavours, form a unique mix with remarkable harmony. This wine macerates for three days at a temperature of 10ºC to then ferment and macerate for 21 days with frequent pump-overs. It was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and rested in the bottle for 18 months more.
2014 Hipperia 2014 is an intense, structured wine with character. An excellent vintage for this wine, revealing a good balance between maturity and freshness. The aromas of ripe red fruit blend perfectly with the spicy notes and the toast from the aging. On the palate it is powerful, intense and very lingering.
