About Envínate Táganan Tinto

Envínate Táganan is a red wine made in Tenerife by Envínate. This project was founded by four young wine-makers who met on an oenology course and decided to create Envínate to produce wines in the different areas that they come from, always with the soul of a wine-maker, with respect for the environment and very little interference in the process of transforming the grapes into wine.

Envínate Táganan Tinto comes from old vines, aged between 50 and 150 years old, situated in the Táganan estate. The defining characteristic of these vineyards is that they are planted with different varieties, such as Listán Negro, Listán Gacho, Tintilla, Baboso etc. The grapes ferment in cement tanks with 30% of the stem. The wine is decanted into 500 and 228 litre barrels where it is aged for 11 months. 

Envínate Táganan Tinto is an authentic wine, and the volcanic soil in which it is grown gives it great personality.
