4 Kilos Motor Blanc 2025 stands out for its freshness and lightness. This young white wine, from one of the finest vintages in history, encapsulates the vineyard's distinct essence. About 4 Kilos Motor Blanc

Four million pesetas. Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero needed an initial investment of around €24,000 to get their project off the ground. “This modest investment for the sector shows that a good wine does not depend on lots of money, but on an ambition for quality and a passion for the product.” 
 
With this philosophy is mind, 4 Kilos Vinícola was born in Mallorca, an innovative project, with a totally different approach, reflecting the power of native varieties, with all their strength and nuances. This is achieved in wines like 4 Kilos Motor Blanc, a white wine made from Prensal and Malvasía de Banyalbufar, using three vinifications. 
 
For 4 Kilos Vinícola, the partnership between the vine, the soil, the climate and the winegrower is key. In fact, the latter is fundamental, because they have always relied on their tradition and knowledge to take care of both the vineyards of their suppliers and their own 15 hectares spread across different areas of the island. All these vineyards, which are over 30 years old, grow on call vermell, the area’s typical reddish soil, with abundant iron oxide, where gravel and clay combine. This combination is perfect for plants, because clay retains water in the deeper layers, while gravel, which becomes very compact, prevents these reserves from evaporating. This is good considering the area’s low rainfall, which is typical of the Mediterranean climate (with mild winters, hot summers and significant summer droughts). Here, all the varieties are cultivated using a rational and environmentally friendly viticulture, using native plant cover and promoting the land’s biodiversity. 
 
As mentioned above, 4 Kilos Motor Blanc is a very special and unique wine, made from three different vinifications: 35% undergoes carbonic maceration, 35% macerates at a controlled temperature and finally, the remaining 30% macerates in 225 L Majorcan earthenware jars. 
 
4 Kilos Motor Blanc is part of Motor, the brand launched by this winery to present its most alternative and experimental wines.

Dry, fresh and tremendously rich. There is little more we can add to the notes of 4 Kilos Motor Blanc 2022, a white wine with an abundance of herbaceous notes, white fruits and tropical fruits. Citrus and mineral notes on the nose. The latter are enhanced on the palate, where you will also be left speechless by the rich and tasty acidity.

4 Kilos Motor Blanc 2021 is a white wine with a strong character. Herbal notes (nettle), white flowers and spices appear on the nose. The white fruit also stands out. On the palate it is dry and flavoursome. Earthy and fresh finish.
