Cream wine, from the county of Huelva and Marco de Jerez, is obtained as a result of mixing sweet wines and dry wines. With its point of sweetness below that of Pedro Ximénez, its high alcohol content and its ambient serving temperature, it becomes the perfect companions for cold desserts such as cakes and ice cream.
