Amontillado sherry, the complexity and eternity of the passage of time.

Amontillado wine is originally from Córdoba - Montilla-Moriles and Cádiz - Marco de Jerez. Its place among the generous wines is between Fino and Oloroso wines. Amontillado wines are achieved by playing with ageing under "velo flor" and oxidative ageing. These are wines with a high complexity and marked character, suitable for enjoying with good meats, cheeses and other haute cuisine delicacies, or with montaditos.
