This winery embarked on its journey over a century ago and is now, under the stewardship of the fourth generation, introducing the wines of the "Ville Rose," or Toulouse (France), to a global audience. The southwestern region of France is characterized by a vast diversity of grape varieties, terroirs, and climatic conditions. This natural bounty has enabled siblings Anne et Géraud Arbeau to showcase an extensive portfolio of wines from the various appellations encompassed by their estate, located a mere 45 km from Toulouse.

Among their most renowned offerings, Vignobles Arbeau Je suis à boire is a wine whose name, translating to "I am drinking", beckons to be tasted immediately. This wine is part of the IGP Comte Tolosan, crafted exclusively from the malbec grape variety, cultivated with environmentally conscious farming practices. The harvest is conducted when the grapes have reached the appropriate maturity, with an optimal concentration of aromas, and upon arrival at the winery, traditional vinification takes place in vats at a steady temperature of 24°C for three weeks, with daily pump-overs in an anaerobic environment.
