When you pay at Decántalo, it is a final price, with no added expenses at customs or other derivatives. The price includes taxes and import duties, with no surprises. You will not have to pay anything at customs.
Order tracking
When you place your order, you will receive tracking so you can track the shipment and know the delivery day. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note for a second delivery attempt or to arrange pick-up at their facilities. Only some shipping companies call beforehand to arrange delivery.
