About Mirabeau Belle Année
English couple Stephen and Jeany Cronk decided to leave their home and life in London to travel to Provence (France) with their three children to fulfill their dream of becoming winemakers.
Stephen proposed to Jeany with a bottle of rosé wine while they were in Mallorca, making rosé a symbol of their lives and wine a shared passion. In love with the wines and lifestyle of Provence, they decided to seek the advice of the prestigious British Master of Wine Angela Muir to be sure that the wines they were starting to make were truly excellent.
Domaine Mirabeau is the story of pursuing a dream born from a deep passion for wine and brought to life in rosés like Mirabeau Belle Année, which is made from grenache and syrah grown in plots lying at an altitude of 150 metres, where clay-limestone soils are predominant. To make this wine, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing, a short maceration and cold decanting and fermentation under controlled temperatures.
The Mirabeau Belle Année wine is as accessible as it is delicious, this rosé evokes sunny days with blue skies and moments to share. A tribute to fulfilled dreams and joie de vivre.
