Freixenet Ice

Freixenet, the most powerful winery in the D.O. Cava, never lags behind. And to make sure of that, they have surprised us with their new Freixenet Ice. A new semi-dry cava designed to be enjoyed in a balloon glass with large ice cubes and especially attractive for chilled events.

Made with the traditional Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada varieties and a touch of Chardonnay, Freixenet Ice follows the champenoise or traditional method with a first fermentation with selected yeasts and a second fermentation in the bottle. The sugar content, or the “dosage” of the expedition liqueur of 38gr/l makes it ideal as a cocktail mixer, combining it with fruits, spices and ice. The party is on!
