Dry Sack 15 Años Solera Especial is a smooth and slightly sweet Oloroso produced by Williams & Humbert with the Palomino and Pedro Ximénez varieties in the D.O. Jerez-Xérès-Sherry denomination.

Williams & Humbert was founded in 1877 by Sir. Alexander Williams , an expert inSherry wines, and Arthur Humbert, a specialist in international relations. A winery known for conserving its wines and brandies in oak casks of the highest quality, called Soleras. Nowadays, in the hands of the Medina Brothers, it is one of the world’s leading Sherry marketing companies.

Once the Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grape varieties have been selected, Dry Sack 15 Años Solera Especial is fermented and fortified with wine distilled alcohol up to 20.5ºC. Lastly it is aged by oxidation for a minimum of 15 years using the traditional system of Criaderas and Soleras.

Dry Sack 15 Años Solera Especial is a sweet or “medium sweet” Oloroso Sherry wine with body and structure.
