Arcan Albariño is a wine made in the Rías Baixas by the Adega Pombal a Lanzada winery a small family winery using traditional production methods.

Arcan Albariño is a varietal Albariño. The grapes are destemmed, squeezed and macerated for 10-14 hours. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C for 8 days. Once fermented, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks for a few months with its residue.
