This is a modern winery with a total surface area of 14 hectares and an organic, innovative and minimalist approach.

Continually choosing more innovative and, at the same time, more sustainable techniques, his Valori Octava Dies Abruzzo Pecorino Bio white is a single-variety wine made with the local Pecorino variety that is not like the classic version. A modern, casual and refreshing wine whose vines are grown without any chemical products that could affect the natural balance of the environment. When the grapes reach optimum ripeness, they are harvested manually and taken carefully to the winery. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and then the wine is aged for 10-12 months on noble lees in second and third-use barrels.
