Valldosera MS 4.7 Brut Nature is a cava brut nature from the D.O Cava produced by the winery Finca Valldosera. This cava is a blend of 5 grape varieties: Xarel.lo (45%), Macabeo (30%), Parellada (10%), Chardonnay (10%) and Subirat Parent (5%).
La grapes used to make Valldosera MS 4.7 Brut Nature are selected from the best vineyards owned by the winery. They are taken from 5 different plots that grown on predominantly limolítico-clay soils.
The different grape varieties then undergo the production process independently. Only after the first fermentation are the different varieties blended.
Then, following traditional methods, Valldosera MS 4.7 Brut Nature undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle for a 36 month period, before undergoing the disgorging process.
Valldosera MS 4.7 Brut Nature is a totally natural cava. In the final processes, no liqueur d'expédition is added.
Finca Valldosera is a family run winery situated by the Massís del Garraf, whose proximity to the sea helps facilitate an optimal ripening of the grapes used.
